Pocket Possessions

Still life photography has been looking appealing to me recently so I had a go and created this image. It's of the possessions that I often have on my person. Well maybe not individual buttons so much but I have them on lots of my clothes. This picture pretty much sums me up! I shot each element individually (including the background) so that I could get them all completely flat with no perspective and then I combined them in photoshop. Scroll down for detail shots.

  1. This is a really neat idea! I might have to try the same tonight for my blog. I especially like your method for getting a flat image. Well done!

  5. Where did you buy that watch? Is it the orange face version?

  6. It's a Ben Sherman watch from Debenhams. The face is actually blue and I photoshopped it orange to fit in better with the picture. I don't think they make them in orange unfortunately. It's nice in blue, but an orange would would be amazing!

  7. Thanks for the info...The face dial reminded me of my Panerai. I found the blue one...BUT, also found an orange version as well: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Ben-Sherman-Multidial-Orange-R833/dp/B005IUSX6A/ref=sr_1_32?s=watch&ie=UTF8&qid=1333574287&sr=1-32
